Licensed USCG 100tn Master, Jeff has been fishing the waters off the coast of New Jersey since a teenager targeting inshore and offshore species. Jeff has placed in multiple tournaments from striped bass, fluke, and blackfish to mako sharks. He has a clever mind and a reputation for targeting multiple species, no matter what season. He is well known in the NJ fishing community for his ability to produce a catch, and skills in anchoring on wrecks. 

Licensed USCG 100tn Master, Scott took to fishing a bit later in life, but caught on quickly. Learning alot from everyone he’s fished with, he became a part of the team and right hand man and mate of the BNR. Scott loves being on the water, is very outgoing and helpful. From working on the BNR to running his own boat and mating for others in the fishing community, he has acquired a vast knowledge for the inshore and offshore fishery.  

The BNR2 is a 1976 31’ Bertram. Repowered in 2016 with twin Cummins 330s, she will get you to your destination, from catching bluefish in our local bay and rivers, to chasing tuna at the canyons. Top of the line electronics, and safety equipment. With a single head, refrigerator, table/bed, small bunk area, and satellite radio, this vessel provides comfortable and safe accommodations  for your trip. 31’ Bertrams are known for being a very seaworthy vessel, and its cabin offers great protection from the elements. 

The newest addition to the BNR fleet is our 2016 Contender 25t. Outfitted with some of the best electronics on the market and paired with twin Yamaha outboards, this boat can take on a lot. Plenty of storage, and comfy bean bag chairs. From inshore to offshore fishing and equipped with a 96in Rhodan to make it possible to bounce around to many different wrecks in a day.  All updated safety equipment and a great sound system with xm radio and bluetooth. Comfy and quick.
