Dress accordingly to the weather. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and foul weather gear etc. Its easier to bring more and be prepared, rather than being uncomfortable. Please wear fishing boots, boat shoes or sneakers. Black sole boots and shoes are not permitted.
Liquor and illegal drugs are not permitted. Firearms are not permitted. Beer is permitted in moderation. Glass bottles are not permitted. If a passenger of the charter becomes intoxicated and deemed unsafe by the captain, after departure, the trip will be cancelled and will return to dock with no refund to the charter.
Becoming seasick is not a very pleasant experience. If you feel you are prone to motion sickness (sea sickness), please take the necessary steps, the night before, to help eliminate this issue. Be aware though, that if someone notifies me that they are seasick and has to return to the dock, regardless of time spent on the water, we will honor your wishes, BUT once we head back in, the charter is officially over for the day. Make sure you have what you need to make yourself feel comfortable and have an enjoyable time.
High winds and big seas are some of the biggest factors during a fishing trip and can be dangerous too. Even if the skies are bright and sunny, it does not mean we will have a great day at sea. Rain does not necessarily warrant postponement either as some of our best fishing days have been in the rain. Be prepared for all elements. All weather postponements are made at the Captains discretion. No Exceptions. If we have to postpone your trip due to weather related issues, your deposit will be applied to a rescheduled date. We will contact you within 24hrs of your charter to confirm the trip. Remember, your safety is our number one priority.
